Get Acquainted
Social
Thursday,March 6th 7:00 to 9:00 pm
An
entertaining program and light refreshments will be featured.
All those attending any of the Spring Quilt Break workshops or
luncheon/lectures are invited to attend our Thursday evening (the
evening before the conference begins) Get Acquainted Social.
This is a great time to renew acquaintances and conference friends,
meet new friends and pick up and review your conference
folder. Please bring finished quilts or tops from prior Spring
Break workshops to share with fellow conference
attendees.
Demos on Demand—a Quick Way of
Learning Something New
Friday – March 7th, 7:00
to 8:30 pm - Join us for the 2nd Annual Demos on Demand.
Last
year’s demos were a great
success. There are many talented people attending Spring
Quilt
Break who have expertise
to share - tips, tricks, new ways of doing quilting. Please let
us
know if you are interested
in doing a demo in 2008. Demos will last about 15 minutes
with
the total event time to be
about 1.5 hours. Please send Jeannie Hunt hquilts4u@comcast.net)
a note telling us what
type of demo you would like to share. Jeannie will contact you for
further details.
