Library Rules

1. You must be a member to check out books.

2. There is a two book checkout limit.

3. Only one new book per person.

4. Books are checked out for one month.

5. You will be notified when your book is two weeks overdue.

6. Your name and the title of the book will be published in the guild newsletter when it becomes one month overdue.

7. Books are considered lost when not returned within two months and you are requited to replace the books.  Checkout privileges are revoked until the books are replaced.

8. All library books must be checked in and out with the Guild's Librarians.

Block of the Month Rules

1. Block of the Month is open to members of Evergreen Piecemakers.

2. The pattern for the block will be published in the monthly newsletter.

3. If no block is turned in, your name will not be entered in the drawing.

4. The number of times your name is entered in the drawing is equal to the number of blocks you have turned in.

5. Use unwashed and pressed 100% cotton material.

6. Each block should be neat and tidy.  Trim all threads and dog ears.

7. The drawing for the blocks will be held at the business meeting of the month following the publishing of the pattern.
