view from Dumas Bay Retreat Centre in Federal

The September Dumas Bay retreat will be held on the 26
through the 28th, 2008, from Friday at Noon through Sunday at 3:00
p.m. This retreat includes a private room and dinner on Friday,
breakfast and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. The cost is $135 and
the food and facilities are great. The view alone is worth the
price. Also, if you wish to attend in the daytime and not use a room, meals and
the use of the facilities costs
$52.00.
There are four openings at this time and we encourage
new members or members who have never “retreated” to join us. It
is a great way to get acquainted with members and there are lots of
quilting tips and help available.

retreat is full with 18 deposits paid, but I will maintain a waiting

Dumas Bay is a
retreat center with private dorm-like rooms with toilet and
sink (communal shower down the hall).
Retreat room has
a beautiful view of Puget Sound, lighting is good, tables and chairs
provided.
Bring sewing
supplies, more comfortable chair if desired, fan for your room if it
is likely to be warm, snacks to share.
